Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager to lead
partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and manage strategic channel partners, ensuring their
success from onboarding through revenue generation
Build and scale high-impact partnerships, managing a pipeline of
inbound and outbound partners
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless partner and
client experiences throughout the partnership lifecycle
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in partner management within a high-growth
SaaS company
Proven ability to build and scale a channel partner book of
business
Experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle
and owning a revenue target
Experience in HR tech or adjacent fields is a plus
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to
influence stakeholders
