Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director, Federal who
will lead a team of Account Executives and drive revenue
growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and mentor the sales team
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals to achieve revenue
targets
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key contacts within
the account base
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience leading successful sales teams
At least 8 years of successful direct sales experience
Technical background with familiarity in open-source software
preferred
Experience navigating complex sales cycles lasting 2-6 months
Proven track record in shaping strategic seven-figure deals
