Sales-Managed Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales of integrated communication solutions to enterprise
customers, maximizing revenues and meeting corporate objectives
Develop and monitor sales promotions and incentives, ensuring team
achievement of sales and quality goals
Oversee the selection, training, and performance management of
Enterprise Account Executives to ensure team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and
experience
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of products, pricing practices, and selling skills
in the enterprise segment
Experience in managing sales teams and developing operational plans
aligned with business objectives
Ability to analyze data for accurate sales forecasting and
performance management
