Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mgr Account Management to manage a
team providing service to retirement plan sponsors, advisors, and
TPAs in the institutional market.
Key Responsibilities
Implement service strategies and manage team activities
Resolve escalated issues and establish team goals aligned with
department objectives
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor employees while evaluating team
performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work
experience
Seven years of retirement industry experience, including
supervisory experience
Leadership skills to manage complex relationships
Critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them to
customers
