A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Engagement Manager 1.



Key Responsibilities:

Establish and oversee Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and facilitate regular meetings to gather and act on feedback
Develop and maintain an executive sponsorship program to enhance customer relationships
Define program objectives, manage budgets, and continuously improve customer engagement initiatives


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Product Management, or related technical field
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Engagement, or similar roles in a technical environment
Strong understanding of B2B customer relationships and the enterprise software industry
Proven track record of developing successful customer engagement programs
Experience with customer engagement, CRM software, and project management platforms
