industry.rEvolution is seeking a Director, Marketing Analytics &
Insights with extensive experience in media analytics to join our
growing sports marketing agency. In this role, reporting to the
Global Head of Analytics & Insights you will be responsible for
driving the analysis and development of sports media and marketing
intelligence and strategy for brands and rightsholders. You will
lead a team of analysts and strategists and set segment direction
while also providing shared services across client teams, service
lines and business development initiatives.You Will:
- Be responsible for building media analytics capabilities to be
leveraged across our portfolio of clients globally.
- Develop full funnel measurement frameworks, key performance
indicator discovery and tracking implementation, digital
attribution methods, media mix modeling and testing
frameworks.
- Define strategic priorities and develop actionable roadmaps for
the A&I segment that align with agency-wide goals and drive
strategic agency planning.
- Develop key business questions, performance indicators, and
reporting outcomes, tying all elements together into an easily
actioned narrative that inspires stakeholders.
- Consult to turn data observations into meaningful stories that
drive impact for ad hoc and ongoing reporting across different
stakeholder levels.
- Lead A&I services for key client accounts, business
development pitches and internal product development/thought
leadership initiatives.
- Navigate matrixed organization to lead teams across functional
areas, ensuring all members are meeting deliverables, and resolving
all issues both with client and internally relative to all facets
of client engagement or new business pitch.You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in statistics, economics, integrated
marketing, or related quantitative field.
- 9+ years of marketing data & analytics roles with 3+ years of
leadership experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital planning and buying with
a focus on standard media and digital marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Alteryx, Microsoft Power
BI, and Salesforce Dashboards for B2B Marketing use cases.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua,
Medallia/Qualtrics and SEO tools like BrightEdge, Ahrefs and
similar.
- Expertise in relational databases and requisite programming
language (e.g., SQL, R, or Python) to work with them and maintain
data integrity strongly preferred.This hybrid role is based in
either of our fabulous Chicago OR Detroit offices, but has a global
reach.The anticipated annual salary range for this position is
$130-150K, and includes an annual bonus potential of
12.5%.Compensation packages are based on unique factors for each

business needs, parity with other team members, and applicable
