Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead Customer Health programs to enhance customer
experience and streamline the CSAM role
Engage with Customer Success stakeholders to drive positive impact
and lead cross-functional teams
Synthesize business insights to identify risks and opportunities
for program improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field
AND 6+ years of experience in customer success program
management
Proven experience in Customer Success and Global Support
functions
Strong understanding of customer-centric service delivery and
support models
