Job Description:

The Commercial Lines Account Manager in Medina, OH, US will offer guidance to clients regarding insurance coverage tailored to their requirements. This role entails a focus on delivering customized insurance solutions to each client and demands meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate should work efficiently to meet the fast-paced nature of the job and adhere to standard processes to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
--- Manages inbound and outbound client requests. The position is the commercial insurance advisor for the client.
--- Identifies and communicates opportunities to the client.
--- Manages, organizes, and conducts client meetings when necessary.
--- Documents conversations with clients and carrier representatives and updates Bickle Insurance's agency management systems when necessary. Ensures the accuracy of the data in the systems.
--- Attends industry-related continuing education training and courses.
--- Performs other duties and projects as required.

Qualifications:
--- Excellent listening, oral, and written English communication skills.
--- Build and maintain relationships.
--- Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
--- Open, flowing communication is important.
--- The position requires working with and through others.
--- Demonstrate proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office.
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
--- Ability to type 50 words per minute.
--- Ability to work in a team environment.
--- Proven experience in a customer service role.
--- High school diploma or equivalent.
--- Willing to get licensed in required lines and states.
