Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Risk Management to
lead the EB Underwriting team in achieving profit and growth
goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the EB Underwriting team and collaborate with other
departments to achieve financial and customer service goals
Apply underwriting guidelines and analyze complex issues to make
decisions and recommendations for new processes
Create and enhance region-specific strategies for profit and growth
in cooperation with regional EB sales management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related subject, and/or 10 years
of experience in group insurance risk management
7 years of progressively responsible experience in a management
position
Advanced knowledge of risk analysis and underwriting philosophy
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop underwriters and
leaders
Professional certification: FLMI or CEBS preferred
