Outbound call center agent

Hourly rate $16.50 -
Details: -
Work on-site -located in E. Lansing, MI. Hours- 8:30-5 pm EST. Regular, Full-time with Benefits Type 40 WPM minimum, 2-3 years of Customer service center experience. Prior medical encoding and/or medical office experience are preferred, but not required. Background check and fingerprinting.
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED -
  
• Ability to meet the requirements of a background check, and fingerprinting. - -
  
• General office skills to include 2 years experience in data entry and Microsoft Office
  
• Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously. -
  
• Good attendance/punctuality -
  
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods. -
  
• 2 years of call center or customer service settings. -
