A company is looking for a Business Strategy Operations Lead in
Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic support to the Chief People Officer and ensure
alignment across People programs
Lead executive-level communications and improve employee engagement
initiatives
Manage cross-functional People initiatives and enhance operational
efficiency within the People function
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a strategic, leadership, or
operations-focused role, particularly in People/HR operations
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional
teams
Strong business acumen and understanding of HR dynamics
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling
confidential information
