Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to
provide quality service and insurance recommendations to
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Communicate information effectively to meet customer needs
Aim for first call resolution to deliver exceptional service
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Property/Casualty Insurance License desired (must obtain within 90
days if not licensed)
1+ years of insurance sales/service experience preferred; customer
service experience required
Strong technical skills and ability to multi-task in various
systems
US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship available
