Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cyber Policy Analyst to join their
cybersecurity team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies aligned
with frameworks such as NIST CSF and government standards
Manage compliance with government security standards and ensure
policies address security needs
Educate employees on privacy protections and security restrictions
through training and communication
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in developing and managing cybersecurity
policies
Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, especially
NIST CSF
Experience with high-level security compliance, including DoD IL5
and FedRAMP HIGH
Expertise in data classification policies and protection
requirements for IT systems
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIPP/US are highly
desirable
