A company is looking for a Retirement Services Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee vendor activities for client onboarding, daily administration, and compliance monitoring
Provide expert guidance and training to clients and internal teams on retirement plans
Manage retirement plan compliance, including reporting, audits, and regulatory filings

Required Qualifications

Expertise in 401(k) plan administration and ERISA regulations
Strong analytical and project management skills
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
