Are you the right candidate for this opportunity
Location: Dearborn, MI (need only locals) 1-2 days onsite in a
week
Open for W2 only NO C2C
Visa: Open but no H1B
Skills Required:
- Craft beautiful and usable designs for digital products by
applying your domain expertise, deep research findings, and
collaborating with peers across the product organization.
- Conduct user research and experiments from planning to synthesis.
Play an active role in advocating for a Human-Centered Design
process and creating a collaborative environment.
- Engage and inspire the product organization about our customers'
experiences through powerful story-telling of the human-centered
design process, research insights, and customer journeys.
- Lead as a 'player/coach' - owning UX design and mentoring less
experienced designers.
