• This practice offers you a voice and provides you the resources to practice at the top of your license.
• Significant autonomy as you lead one of the six offices in the area.
• Full-service eye care is provided by 8 Ophthalmologists, 11 Optometrists, and full optical services.
• Primary location is adjacent to practice-owned surgical center with a staff that is well versed in ophthalmic surgery.
• Extraordinary work/life balance with 1:8 call, no weekends, holidays, or nights.Compensation Details:
• Competitive base salary with lucrative production bonus year 1 and 2.
• Established and transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings to $700K to $1 Million.
• 6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, and more.
