Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Systems Associate to provide
technical support and assist in system configuration and issue
resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Support operational system/application issues and assist in finding
technical solutions
Resolve small production issues and coordinate with IT and other
teams for solutions
Assist in documenting business requirements and support testing
activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
0-2 years of experience in a related field
In lieu of a degree, 3+ years of experience in a related field
