Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Global Enablement - Content
and Strategic Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Create strategic enablement programs and effective training for
global initiatives impacting revenue roles
Develop and lead enablement programs for onboarding and performance
optimization across teams
Drive reporting and measure the effectiveness of enablement
investments and programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Minimum 5+ years' experience in enablement or relevant operations
roles
Understanding of sales methodologies like ValueSelling and Vortex
Prospecting
Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate,
Camtasia)
Proven ability to design and implement innovative training
programs
