Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Platelet Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Process DRMS Activities and perform administrative duties for the
National Call Center Services Mailbox
Contact donors to resolve inquiries and provide necessary
information
Support agent inquiries through various communication methods and
maintain accurate records of donor interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum six years of customer service or related experience
required, including 18 months as a Telerecruiter
Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously
in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to ongoing change and handle difficult customer
interactions
Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment is
required
