*Permanent (Full Time)****** Currently offering a $3,000 sing-on Bonus ******Pay Rate: $28.90 - $38.89/Hourly.**Shift: *Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 7:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm.*Summary: *The *Adult Behavioral Health SUD Therapist* is responsible for maintaining a caseload consisting of clients, adolescents and adults, with a primary substance abuse and/or mental health diagnosis. The therapist is required to conduct intake assessments, to maintain the case record in a timely fashion, to complete authorizations with various funding sources in a timely manner as required, and to conduct appropriate treatment services based on medical necessity.*Submission Requirements** *Must have a minimum of a Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling and possess the corresponding State of Michigan licensure Candidates without a state license can be considered but must obtain state licensure (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC or LLP) within a 60-day training period beginning on the date of hire. - Required.** Candidates must obtain the Qualified Mental Health Professional credential within 120 days of hire.
