A company is looking for a Director, People Business
Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR consultation to Senior Leaders, focusing on
Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Workforce Planning,
Performance Management, and Strategic Planning
Lead a team of HRBPs and ERBPs while partnering closely with the
Chief Revenue Officer
Develop and execute a People strategy that supports the evolving
needs of the Merchant organization
Required Qualifications
10+ years of HR or equivalent business experience, with at least 3
years in a leadership role within high-growth environments
Deep functional expertise in Organizational Design, Workforce
Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Experience, and Talent
Management
Experience in fast-paced, high-performance cultures
Ability to anticipate issues and propose long-term solutions
proactively
Stellar project management skills with a disciplined approach to
organization and prioritization
