Job Description:
A company is looking for a Representative, Absence Manager
(Leave) to manage employee absences and ensure compliance with
relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Determine customer eligibility for various leave programs within
compliance timeframes
Manage and administer absence requests, including medical
certifications and legal guidelines
Communicate with customers and clients to gather necessary
information and facilitate return-to-work plans
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of professional experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly
preferred
Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook applications
Knowledge of FMLA and State Paid Leaves is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of
urgency
