A company is looking for a Manager, Growth & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Drive insights using data to understand and improve patient
marketing efforts
Measure patient marketing performance through dashboards and
KPIs
Support experimentation such as A/B testing to optimize marketing
strategies
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in
marketing analytics
Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with marketing analytics
platforms and business intelligence tools
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data visualization and
storytelling
Passion for healthcare and alignment with the company's mission
Healthcare experience is preferred
