Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager,
Broadline/Direct.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a customer service team and manage all Broadline/Direct
customer engagements
Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring exceptional
service and resolving issues efficiently
Proactively manage orders and customer chargeback compliance to
optimize service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 6+ years of customer service experience in a leadership
role
Experience with standard customer order portals and data
analysis
Proficiency in manual order entry and related processes
Previous experience with ERP systems preferred
