A company is looking for a Training Solutions Sales Manager to drive sales and client satisfaction for their training solutions across North America.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive training revenue growth and market penetration
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing training sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis to optimize the Go-To-Market strategy


Required Qualifications

7+ years of sales experience, including 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in the training or professional services industry
Expertise in sales forecasting, performance analysis, and pipeline management
Experience managing geographically dispersed sales teams
Proven track record of managing regional sales operations and exceeding performance targets
Strong understanding of North American market dynamics and industry trends
