Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Product Support to lead a
technical support team focused on customer satisfaction and
continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the Product Support Team, ensuring
efficient service delivery
Act as the primary point of escalation for client issues and
internal barriers
Continuously assess and refine team processes to enhance customer
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a technical support or client services
role in an enterprise environment
Strong technical proficiency, preferably in healthcare or data
management
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and
motivate teams
Experience with Jira Service Management or similar tools is a
plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
effectively
