Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Total Rewards to lead compensation and benefits strategies across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute global compensation strategies and oversee pay structure administration
Lead the design and management of comprehensive health and welfare benefits programs
Utilize data analytics to inform total rewards strategies and present insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

Minimum seven years of experience in leading compensation and benefits strategies in a global organization
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred
Relevant certifications such as CCP or CBP preferred
Expertise in global compensation planning and benefits strategy development
Familiarity with global compliance standards and labor laws
