Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a General Manager 4- Food for
Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby, OH. Lake West is a 120-bed
facility with 25+ hourly employees. This role will report to the
System GM.The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day retail,
patient, and catering operations of the unit, including cash
handling, payroll, and employee scheduling.What You'll Do
- Have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- Deliver high-quality food service;
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- Develop strategic plans;
- Create a positive environment;

leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and

- Culinary production experience and a strong background in
safety and sanitation compliance;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional

service;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on
additional responsibilities as needed;
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System
(FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC), proficient in computer
