Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will
serve as the primary point of contact for clients and optimize
digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing their
needs and concerns
Create and present detailed performance review reports tailored to
each client's needs
Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities
and drive effectiveness
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in
eCommerce/retail
Proficient in advertising metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and Conversion
Rate
Experience in a client-facing role, building relationships with key
stakeholders
Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
environment
