Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Customer Officer to drive
customer success, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement overall customer commercial strategy,
including product renewals and upsells
Oversee the customer lifecycle from onboarding to long-term
success, driving retention and growth initiatives
Implement voice-of-customer programs and develop data-driven
strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
15+ years of leadership experience in customer-facing roles
Proven track record in customer success at a B2B SaaS company
Experience overseeing the entirety of post-sales processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related
field
MBA or related advanced degree is highly preferred
