Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Process Manager to lead
the deployment of Software Development Life Cycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain SDLC processes, artifacts, and
standards
Ensure documentation and standardization of engineering processes
across the organization
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering
Hands-on experience in software development or IT development
Deep understanding of SDLC phases and system design principles
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and practices
