Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Senior
Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of calls regarding patient billing, payment
plans, and general inquiries
Process adjustments, refunds, and resolve complex billing
issues
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and provide support to
team members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a
medical setting
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new
systems
