Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead and
grow a team of sales professionals targeting Fortune 500 industrial
manufacturing organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Grow, develop, manage, and coach an Account Executive team to
exceed revenue targets
Create a results-driven and collaborative culture within the sales
team
Monitor sales forecasting, reporting, and metrics for leadership
review
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in selling innovation/new technology to VP
and above buyers
A minimum of 5 years managing high-performing Enterprise Sales
teams
Experience in SaaS companies with ARR between $5m and $50m
Deep understanding of technology Enterprise sales and complex sales
cycles
Proven ability to build long-lasting customer relationships and
collaborate with internal teams
