You'll be responsible for setting our sales strategy and targets, cultivating our sales staff, evaluating their progress, and ensuring we hit our sales goals. Responsibilities:

--- Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they're successful
--- Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals
--- Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement
--- Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business
--- Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs


Qualifications:

--- 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
--- Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
--- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field
--- Displays a proven track record of sales success
--- Roofing or Insurance Restoration Sales+
