Key Responsibilities

collaboration with the AVP Sales
Guide the SMB team through programs and strategies for continuous
improvement
Hire and develop sales managers while fostering a collaborative and
successful team culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SMB sales and team building
Expertise in expanding SMB accounts within HR services or SaaS
industries
Experience with complex sales processes involving senior-level
partners
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools
