Sales Operations Senior Associate

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Operations and Planning Senior Associate to drive efficiency and growth across front-line sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assign VIP players to hosts and balance territory assignments monthly and quarterly
Act as a trusted advisor for strategic hiring decisions based on data analysis
Identify gaps in current procedures to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least one year of experience in territory management or a related field
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Snowflake, and Salesforce
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
