A company is looking for a Festival Agent, Customer Support to
assist patrons with ticketing and technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patrons with customer support processes and technical
questions related to ticketing
Document customer interactions and provide feedback for product
improvement
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer
experience
Required Qualifications
Legal authorization to work in the United States
1 year of relevant experience in customer support or call center
roles
Proficiency in Google Products and working knowledge of
databases
Experience with Zendesk and Eventive or similar ticketing systems
preferred
