Job Description:

Overview:The Plumbing/HVAC Supervisor provides necessary supervision and coordination of the plumbing and HVAC trades to all departments. They also effectively -supervise and plan programs to maintain Cedar Point equipment relative to these trades.
Responsibilities:

• Provide first line supervision for Plumbing and HVAC employees.
• Assures that all provisions of the union labor contract are followed.
• Assures park is properly winterized.
• Assures inventory is complete.
• Assures all company policies and safety procedures are followed- maintains department budgets.
• Performs all research relative to ordering parts and materials; assures proper inventory levels.
• Project estimating; assist in completing construction projects,schedule outside services as required to perform work.

  Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED required. -
  • Vocational/technical training in Maintenance/Trades preferred. -
  • 8-10 years of related work experience preferred. -
  • 1-3 of -previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred. -
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics. -
