Job Description:
Description:This position will be a Tier I / Tier II IT Support
role.Excellent customer service skills. Phone/chat support
experience a plus because of remote work.Proficiency with Windows
and MacOS. Experience with Linux a plus.Experience in a scientific
or academic setting a plus. Doesn't have to be IT.Basic scripting
skills a plus (Especially PowerShell, bash/zsh, or Python)**Must
have MacOS experience**Skills:Help desk, Support, Service desk,
Servicenow, Windows 10, Windows, MacOSPay and BenefitsThe pay range
for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements
