Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Director, Design &
Construction, North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all commercial and financial aspects of construction projects,
including contract support and cost management
Oversee project budgets and engage with teams to review
subcontractor buyouts
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and train in-house teams
on commercial controls
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business
10+ years of experience in real estate construction and project
costing, preferably with data center experience
Experience with systems implementations, specifically Oracle and
Procore
Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and provide
insights
Passion for delivering results and facilitating decision-making
through performance analysis
