Job Description:

A company is looking for a Retirement Compliance Consultant to handle IRS Form 5500 preparation and compliance testing.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze IRS Form 5500 and applicable schedules for assigned caseloads
Conduct compliance testing and resolve operational errors based on plan provisions
Assist clients with e-filing and provide necessary documentation to auditors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or business, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency using MS Office
Ability to prioritize work within assigned caseload
Analytical skills
Knowledge of testing and 5500 software is preferred
