We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the position of Dental Lab Contour/QC Technician to join our company. *Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.* Our Company has the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k), vacation and holidays Flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Investments in the latest technology Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics Primary Responsibilities & Skills: Produce artistic, esthetic, consistently high-quality dental restorations Contour anatomically correct cases according to doctor's prescription Perform QC and touch-up on outgoing cases Operate a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment Maintain clean equipment and work area All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications: Knowledge and work experience with dental lab materials, terminology, dental anatomy and techniques High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards Excellent hand/eye coordination Team player is a must with a willingness to learn new responsibilities Ability to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of time Strong communication skills (written/verbal) Ability to multi-task and self-motivated High School Diploma or equivalent *All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check* MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
