Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  
• Shadow support engineers to gain experience with interacting with and assisting customers.
  
• Shadow performance support engineers to learn how we approach triaging and solving OneStream software performance cases.
  
• Gain exposure to reviewing azure resource utilization, performance logs, and Azure settings.
  
• Work with customers to acquire error logs and task logs to assist with troubleshooting issues.
  
• Gain exposure to Service Now Case Management system and learn how to triage cases.
  
• Learn proper case management customer communication etiquette.
  
• Help submit azure environment resize requests.
  
• Help document technical knowledge including knowledgebase or internal confluence articles.
  
  Required Education and Experience
  
  • 
    
  • In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area.
    
  • 3.0 GPA or higher.
    
  • Junior, senior, and graduate-level students.
    
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    
    • 
      
    • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
      
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative and cross-functional team setting.
      
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      
    • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
