Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retirement Consultant to provide
support for separated participants and near retirees regarding
their retirement accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver objective retirement readiness consultations and
educational discussions to plan participants
Identify and educate participants on complex strategies to enhance
asset retention and sales opportunities
Consult and advise on appropriate actions based on individual
retirement needs and implement the chosen strategy
Required Qualifications
College degree or 3-5 years of relevant financial services
experience
Licensure including Series 6, 63, 7, 65/66
Strong capability in identifying sales opportunities and customer
retention
Solid understanding of retirement planning and adherence to
FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards
Expertise in insurance, securities, investments, and related
areas
