Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Support Analyst to provide
technical support and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage intake, triage, and routing of support requests across
various channels
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve customer
inquiries and meet SLAs
Document issues and solutions in ticketing systems and internal
knowledge bases
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role,
preferably in SaaS
Ability to work standard hours in Pacific Time (9am - 5pm PT)
Experience with client-side and backend JavaScript; knowledge of
TypeScript is a plus
Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs, as well as log monitoring
tools like Datadog
Experience with ticketing systems such as Height, Asana, or
Jira
