Description:DescriptionReporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Operator III is responsible for making sure thatproduction lines have raw materials for operation of line, responsible for change over's, operation ofprocess equipment, and related duties. They will maintain production records and ensures standardoperating procedures are being followed. They will be required to comply with all regulatory, safety andenvironmental requirements.Responsibilities Fill Room Operator--- Conduct quality checks - weight and crimp width and depth--- Read and follow batch ticket and spec sheet--- Verify concentrate is correct against batch ticket--- In process adjustment to filler machine--- Line change over--- Will be required to follow safety and quality standards--- Fill out Quality paperwork for shift--- Keeps work area clean and orderly. Remove trashResponsibilities Label Operator--- Set up and run label equipment--- Changeover of labels--- Responsible for inventory and upkeep of labels--- Daily maintenance of area and equipment--- Ability to read and follow spec sheet--- Will be required to follow safety and quality standards--- Quality - ensure proper labels are on correct cans--- Stage upcoming production runs--- Keeps work area clean and orderly.
