Job Description$32.57 / hour plus $1.00 Shift Differential!$5000 sign-on bonus! (based on performance and eligibility)Potential through in job development to earn pay rate of $35.28 plus shift differential following the site maintenance promotion processThis is a full-time Multi-Craft Maintenance Mechanic position that is responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of facilities and equipment. Our entry level mechanics have a general understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems and can contribute a unique skillset through the use of---preventative maintenance and work order tracking. Maintenance Mechanics have the skill and flexibility to work on any equipment within the facility.Before going any further, you should know that our Maintenance team is known for two critical areas of expertise:

  • Understanding of high-voltage wiring (480V 3-phase motors). Industrial Electrical Components and troubleshooting
    • Understanding of Electrical Prints and Schematics. Identifying electrical symbols and troubleshooting using electrical prints
    • Multi-craft maintenance and repair (e.g. performing interrelated repairs on electrical systems and mechanical systems).       • You are willing to work under pressure to fix equipment
        • You will work urgently to get the equipment back up and running
          • You will be troubleshooting issues on a wide variety of equipment
            • You will conduct repair failures of production and facilities equipment
              • You will ensure maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability
                • Responding to maintenance calls is part of your job, and this can sometimes mean helping complete a repair that has already been started by the previous shift
