Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Specialist who fosters skill
development and career advancement through engaging learning
experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training curriculum tailored to call center
roles, including onboarding new team members
Engage with team members and managers to assess ongoing training
needs and provide feedback on performance
Ensure compliance with mandatory training and support leadership in
addressing compliance violations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of experience in a related field
Licensed in or eligible for licensing in Florida (2-40 and
2-15)
Experience in facilitating and developing training for mid-sized to
large organizations
Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
Basic computer skills to effectively navigate required
technology
