Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior UX/UI Web Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements
and user insights into actionable web designs
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather
insights into user behaviors and preferences
Create user flows and wireframes, and maintain design systems and
component libraries
Required Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience as a web designer with a firm grasp
of design thinking and UX research principles
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX research,
interaction design, and visual design
Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Rive and usertesting.com is a
plus
Familiarity with atomic design methodology and design systems
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not
required
