Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialty Care Navigator - Substance
Use Disorder (SUD).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach and follow-ups with individuals seeking substance
use disorder treatment
Assess client needs and provide information on treatment options
while coordinating care
Utilize advanced clinical techniques for crisis intervention and
support clients in achieving recovery goals
Required Qualifications
Mental Health Licensure required: LCSW, LMFT, LPC with 2+ years of
experience in SUD clinical care
Proficiency in motivational interviewing, ASAM criteria, and
various levels of care for SUD
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a
commitment to diversity and inclusion
Comfort with various computer platforms and managing multiple tasks
efficiently
Willingness to embrace new challenges and pursue professional
development opportunities
